Funrise secures Paramount master toy license
Signs master toy deal for Paramount Pictures' forthcoming movie Amusement Park
Funrise and Paramount have entered into a multi-year partnership where Funrise will serve as the worldwide master toy partner for Paramount Pictures’ highly anticipated animated feature Amusement Park.
Funrise will create a comprehensive line of exciting products based on the movie, including figures, playsets, plush, role-play, collectables and more. The products will begin global retail rollout in early 2019.

With our innovative product development team and vertical manufacturing capabilities, we will bring the fantastic Amusement Park story and characters to life in a unique way,” said King Cheng, Chief Executive Officer, Funrise. “Together with the Paramount team, we will create a dynamic and engaging play experience for what will surely be an iconic franchise for years to come.”
Amusement Park, a 3D computer animated adventure comedy film slated for a March 2019 release in the US, is produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies and Ilion Animation Studios. The film is being directed by Dylan Brown and features an all-star voice cast that includes Matthew Broderick, Jennifer Garner, Jeffrey Tambor, Kenan Thompson, Ken Jeong, Mila Kunis, and John Oliver. In addition to the film, Paramount and Nickelodeon have announced an animated TV series is in development for the following year.
