Deb is a product marketing consultant with over 25 years’ experience in building world-class brands and growing start-ups in the toy and licensing industry. She has a wealth of experience in product innovation, brand development and marketing and an in-depth knowledge of the intricacies of the US market.

Principal of, a consultancy working with a wide array of lifestyle brands, she has an impressive roster of clients ranging from multinationals like Hasbro, Fisher-Price and Ravensburger, to smaller start-ups such as Beach and Nature and The Sugar Goblin.
