Gibsons teams with Rubik's
New licensing agreement brings the 3D puzzle cube to Gibsons' Iconic Brands Collection jigsaw range
Gibsons has teamed up with Rubik’s Cube to launch a brand new, 500-piece jigsaw puzzle that has been inspired by the iconic 80s toy.
The puzzle is the latest addition to Gibsons’ successful Iconic Brands Collection, the range of gift puzzles that take beloved brands, such as Marmite, VW and Pringles, and transform them into challenging jigsaws that are presented in larger-than-life packaging. Gibsons has taken the iconic cube and turned it into a devilishly difficult, double-sided, 500-piece impossi-puzzle that is sure to test even the most advanced jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts.
Emily Charles, Gibsons’ Product Development Manager said: “Rubik’s Cube was the perfect brand for us as the iconic shape is so easily recognisable and loved by so many. Moreover, we wanted to create a jigsaw puzzle that was just as tricky as the cube itself, and we have definitely achieved this with the double-sided impossi-puzzle – it’s not for the faint-hearted!”
The Rubik's Cube jigsaw will be available from January 2018.
