Partnership with DeAgostini sees the launch of new collectable Hot Wheels Slime Race
Hot Wheels has signed a new licensing deal with leading part work publisher DeAgostini for an all-new playground craze, Hot Wheels Slime Race.
Hot Wheels Slime Race launched earlier this month in both the UK and Italy, and has been in high demand from retailers. The product has a range of 16 different brightly coloured Hot Wheels Big Wheel trucks, each contained in one of eight super slippery slimes, all within its own plastic barrel. Young fans can pop open the lid to find an incredible Hot Wheels car and mini poster to collect.
Fans will be able to add to their slime collection as they have the chance to retrieve the special feature slimes including special effects such as fluorescence, metallic effect and glow in the dark for even more fun! The product also comes with a leaflet detailing the Big Wheels checklist for children to keep track of the progression of their collection, and educational content based on cars and the wider motoring world.
Supported by an extensive marketing campaign, including TV advertising during prime children’s programming, the range has received an overwhelming response from retailers and consumers alike.
