Asobi heads for Elf invasion
Thousands of Elf For Christmas toys land at Asobi next month, with new models and brand new features
The award-winning Elf for Christmas toy, distributed by Asobi, now features a choice of boy and girl elf models as well as new eye-catching packaging.
Asobi expects Elf for Christmas to sell-out over coming weeks, as demand for the creative and innovative toy has increased dramatically since it was first showcased at the Toymaster Show in Harrogate. Thousands of extra units will land in the UK next month (November), destined for the toy and gift trade. And the brand has extended too, with a 32-page Elf’s First Christmas book written by creator Sarah Greenwell and beautifully illustrated by Gillian Gamble, also available.
“The Elf for Christmas kit has captured the imagination of retailers, parents and children as a tremendously creative way to promote kindness and good behaviour in the run-up to Christmas,” said Asobi Commercial Director, David Bottomley.
“We’re seeing very positive sales across the board and as that continues I would not be surprised if it sold out for Asobi. Feedback at retail is very strong with many customers hoping the product will become a family tradition and add even more magic to Christmas every year.”
Elf for Christmas has won multiple awards for the way it focuses on positive reinforcement. There is a boy or girl elf available and the beautiful packaging comes complete with a magical reward set comprising elf-sized letters from the North Pole, mini report cards for promoting good behaviour, reward chart and stickers, Beware of the Elf signs, Nice List Certificates, a Thank You card and much more. It also includes an arrival letter from Santa explaining Elf's role in the home and customers are invited to sign up to receive personalised emails from Santa Claus throughout December.
Elf for Christmas is a recipient of the LovedByParents Platinum Award in the Best Creative Activity category and was commended in the Independent Toy Awards 2016.
