Asobi has added a new range of wooden toys to its portfolio, Boikido wooden toys.

Buckinghamshire-based Asobi, the UK’s leading distributor of ethically produced and highly creative toys, has announced a deal with Boikido - a French company specialising in premium quality wooden toys designed to ignite a child’s imagination.
Boikido’s environmentally responsible ethos fits in perfectly with Asobi’s mission to provide children with toys that stimulate the mind and encourage learning through play, without costing the earth.
Thierry Bourret, director and founder of Asobi says: “We are absolutely delighted to have been appointed as distributor of Boikido for the UK and Eire. These are exactly the kind of natural toys that fit in with our values as a growing yet mindful company that believes in quality and sustainability.”
Boikido, a brand owned by French company L’ETS GO S.A, offers high quality, beautifully designed toys are made from sustainable wood sources, using water based paints, recycled packaging and soy bean ink printing.
With Boikido on board, Asobi welcomes a new dawn of self-driven play for children aged 12 months to three years – the kind of toys we treasured as children, and kept to pass on to our own.
Boikido products now sold by Asobi include: a beautifully constructed wooden shapes train to provide hours of stacking and building fun; colourful and stimulating wooden walkers and ride-ons; wooden puzzle blocks; activity tables and lots more.

Asobi will be exhibiting its new range of Boikido products at Top Drawer from January 16th-18th 2011 at Earl’s Court, London.
