Company Summary

Working closely with our Senior National Account Manager, this role will focus on managing a portfolio of key accounts across both the Hobby and Toy channels.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have account management experience and be responsible for the following:

  • developing and maintaining successful multi-level relationships across a portfolio of accounts;
  • preparing annual customer plans ahead of each financial year, to support deliverance of all budgetary requirements, KPIs and objectives;
  • providing robust and accurate annual forecasts for each account;
  • where required, work collaboratively with customers on new/bespoke product development – managing the entire lifecycle of concept to delivery;
  • Work alongside Brand Marketing to ensure all licensing guidelines are adhered to.

This role will require travel throughout the UK, including regular visits to our East Kent head office.
