Applications are invited for the following position.
Area Sales Manager South West England and South Wales
The principal duties for the role are to develop an existing account base and to investigate and open new customer and market opportunities in line with company objectives.
The successful candidate must have a proven background and record in sales for both servicing and developing customers with both stock and bespoke product ranges. Experience in the Toy and Gift markets would be an advantage, but not essential as full training and support will be giving to the successful candidate.
You will be an enthusiastic, organised individual demonstrating a resilient character with very good people and team skills. The ability to work in multi market channels is essential to achieve results in this competitive area.

Orchard Toys, based in Wymondham, Norfolk, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Export Sales Manager to join their enthusiastic and motivated team.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing existing distributor relationships across 40 export markets as well as seeking opportunities and potential in new markets.
The candidate will have excellent account management skills and a proactive approach to sourcing opportunities in unfamiliar territories. Experience of selling to the USA would be an advantage.
The role will involve travel throughout the year, but will be primarily office based. Whilst we would prefer the candidate to be based in our Wymondham office, we appreciate that this may not be practical, so we will consider applications from home based candidates.
