|Job Description||An outstanding opportunity exists for a dynamic, outgoing individual to join our exciting global toy brand as a UK Office Manager. Magformers is a multiple award-winning 3Dimensional magnetic educational toy which enhances children's creativity and brain development. Children can turn 2D shapes into 3D geometric structures and naturally recognise mathematical principles and develop creativity whilst playing in a fun and inspired way. Our extensive product range has been introduced into the toy and gift markets this year with incredible success and we are now looking for a dynamic individual to join our dedicated team based in Nantwich. The Office Manager is the innovative key cell to our team and you will have excellent organisational skills with a strong background in customer service, sales/invoicing, credit control, communication, systems and administrative skills to help support our fantastic team. You will be required to run a professional small office with the ability to delegate as well as supporting key personnel. Main Roles and responsibilities including: • Processing all sales orders received via own website and direct from retail. • Invoice processing. • Fully conversant with Microsoft office and an understanding of Brightpearl CRM and accounting software would be advantageous. • Experience of Paypal. • Raising remittances for payment. • Supporting month end accounting. • Liaising with Distribution centre, updating order status. • Credit Control/stock returns. • Monitor and efficiently process emails from sales, marketing and payments mailboxes ensuring relevant delegation. • Excellent keyboard and computer skills, data inputting with attention to detail This is an exciting position and if you would like to be part of one of the world's fastest growing Toy brands then we would like to hear from you.
